Description

This dragonfly's wings were created to move in the wind, but the park is on such a high elevation that the wings flapped furiously and the artist was forced to disengage the "kinetic" aspect of her sculpture to ensure its survival.

"Odonata" refers to the order classification of dragonflies in biology.
